If your membership includes a visit fee ($25- telehealth, $50-office, $75- home visit within Dane County), it will be added to your next month's invoice. Please let us know if you prefer to pay immediately
For home visits outside of Dane County, please contact Dr. Giselle for pricing.
If you no-show your appointment, the fee will be added to your next invoice.
